Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Once the parcel has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

Damaged Parcels

We carefully pack all products before shipping. However, Japan Auto is not responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling caused during shipping or by the courier service.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers may request a return within the allowed return period if the product is unused and in original condition.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If a customer refuses delivery or returns the parcel after shipment, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
